  • June 14, Claytor Lake Day, Pulaski County, come find our plant clinic and Pass-Along-Plants (free plants looking for homes)
  • June 20, Calfee Cultural Center, Juneteenth celebration, Pulaski County, plant clinic and Pass-Along-Plants, free
  • July 5, Draper Village Heritage Market, plant clinic there and will also promote the NRV Fair, Pulaski County, 11-1PM, free
  • July 12, NRV Garden Tour, you can purchase tickets in advance from your local library (in Montgomery or Floyd County). Proceeds will fund local libraries, and a portion will go to the NRVMGA to help fund community gardening grants. TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW!
  • July 19, Peak Creek Family Fun Day, plant clinic and gardening activity, Heritage Park, Dora Hwy., Pulaski County, 10-3PM, free
  • July 28, New River Valley Fair, is your garden doing great? Have plants you want to show off and possibly win prize money? All ages are welcome to enter a wide variety of exhibits – check out the show book and bring everything from fresh eggs, canned goods, to art work and vegetables – who doesn’t want a ribbon? If you need help figuring out the show book, contact us. If you bring exhibits, drop offs are accepted beginning July 26.
